How does the hybrid pricing model work?
Each plan includes a set number of jobs per month. Starter includes 25 jobs, Growth includes 100 jobs, and Professional includes 500 jobs. If you go over your included jobs, you only pay for the overage at a discounted rate. This gives you predictable costs with flexibility to scale.
What counts as a 'job'?
A job is a completed delivery or service task tracked through our mobile app. Route planning is always free and unlimited - you only use your included jobs when a worker completes a delivery with proof of delivery.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Absolutely! Start with the free Starter plan (25 jobs/month included). As your business grows, upgrade to Growth ($49/mo, 100 jobs) or Professional ($199/mo, 500 jobs) to get more included jobs at better per-job rates.
What happens if I exceed my included jobs?
You'll be charged for overage at your plan's rate: $0.50/job on Starter, $0.40/job on Growth, or $0.30/job on Professional. There's no limit - we scale with you!
How many workers can I have?
Starter includes 1 worker, Growth includes 5 workers, and Professional includes 25 workers. Need more? Enterprise plans offer unlimited workers with custom pricing.
